id=”mod_22782810″>Technology

TV at your fingertips

Movies on demand

Simple yet complex

Only few understand

Communicate in many ways

While hiding behind a screen

The purpose of connecting

Remaining to be seen

Searches solving problems

By using others advice

Crippled if no Internet

Because it’s a chosen vice

Cars are now computers

Difficult to maintain

Keeping up with technology

Can drive a man insane

Every action “social”

Shared with all online

Posted for our friends

And strangers all the time

Designed to add convenience

It makes life more complex

No one really sure

What will be the effects?

Author’s notes

I am not one to shy away from technology. In fact I used to be a store manager for RadioShack. But I often wonder if technology is actually improving our quality of life or if it is complicating it.

Is technology improving our lives?
